By Signing up and using Discountclick Email List Management Systems you agree:
- You will not engage in any spam, bulk unsolicited junk email activities. Your lists are composed of 100% voluntary submissions. Any bulk unsolicted junk email activities will result in a $500.00 per address fee, and immediate account termination.
- You will not send out anything promoting illegal activities or other unlawful scams. You are responsible for everything contained in your newsletter publications. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DiscountCLick.com for any loss, liability, claim, damage, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in connection with the contents of the newsletters sent.
- You will provide a valid return email address below for newsletters from your domain that it is originating from. (sorry no hotmail, yahoo mail or other free email accounts allowed for return addresses), and remove unsubscribes from your lists promptly when requested.
- It is your responsiblity to submit valid email address data for processing. A charge per address sent is imposed regardless of if the sender ever receives the address do to non-existing closed accounts, etc... Please keep your lists up to date
